1. Where Is My Shirt?!?
Be cool…All orders are processed immediately upon receipt, and shirts are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days via USPS. If you received the order confirmation email stating that your order is “Awaiting Fulfillment,” rest assured, your order is being processed and you will be wearing your t-shirt in no time!

2. How Do Your Shirts Fit?
Check out our SHIRT STYLES page for all of the information you could possibly want about the various shirt options that we have available – sizing dimensions, shirt colors, different fits, fabric (most all of them are 100% Cotton), garment weight, etc. It’s all there.

3. Can I Get A Discount If I Order A LOT All At Once?
Of course you can! Check out the SPECIAL ORDERS section of this page for all of the information you will need to process a custom or bulk order.

4. Can T-SHIRT IMPULSE Print My Design On a Shirt?

5. Do You Offer Expedited Shipping Options?
Right now, no. Sorry. But, we will, soon! Currently, all t-shirts and hoodies are typically shipped within 5 to 7 business days from order placement.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:
Placing an order on our site is extremely simple.

• STEP 1 – Start by choosing any one of our awesome shirt designs.
• STEP 2 – Custom select the Gender, Style, Color, and Size of the shirt that you want. Most designs are available in HUNDREDS of different style, size, and color combinations!
• STEP 3 – Click the “ADD TO CART” button, and continue shopping for more shirts –or–
• STEP 4 – Check out.

Please Note: We will NOT process any orders that have not been submitted through our website (with the exception of special orders).

You can order from T-SHIRT IMPULSE with any major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Sorry, we do not accept money orders, personal checks, or I.O.U.s. We use an Interspire Secure Payment Gateway to process all customer transactions (This basically means that you can rest assured that your order information and credit card details are completely secure).

If you are having trouble processing your order through our site, chances are that one of these simple solutions should do the trick:

• Restart your computer.
• Make sure that your billing address matches exactly what appears on your credit card statement.
• Make sure that your cart is populated with the exact styles, colors, and quantities of the items you intend to purchase before you click “checkout”

• T-SHIRT IMPULSE offers AMAZING DISCOUNTS on all special orders, which we slot into either one of the following categories – custom orders and bulk orders.
• CUSTOM ORDERS – These are orders where you would like to print your own design that on a large quantity of shirts –OR– you would like to tweak one of the visuals that we currently have in our design inventory. For custom orders, please note that there is a minimum purchase requirement of 50 shirts per custom orders. There is no maximum.
• BULK ORDERS – These are orders where you love one of our designs so much that you need to buy a whole bunch of shirts for an event, a conference, an organization, or whatever other situation where it might be necessary to have a bunch of t-shirts. Any order that exceeds a quantity of 50 shirts is considered a bulk order. There is really no maximum quantity limitation…we can process orders of upwards of 1,000,000 shirts at a time if need be (Literally. Or more, even.). If you would like to place a custom or bulk order, please CONTACT US (hyperlink) via telephone. If no one is available to speak with you right at that moment, please leave us a voicemail and someone will be sure to return contact within 24 hours of your call, to discuss the details of your order. In your message, please be sure to include the following:

We ship t-shirts everywhere in the U.S. and to over 150 countries, worldwide. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt, and shirts are usually shipped within 5 to 7 business days via USPS. SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES:

• DOMESTIC – USA / Canada / Mexico: Flat Rate Shipping starts $4.50 for up to three shirts (depending on shirt style) and the cost incrementally increases according to order quantity –and– shirt style (only because some shirts are heavier than others). There is an Estimate Shipping & Tax option located within the shopping cart, if you are itching to pre-calculate the total cost of your order.
• INTERNATIONAL – Everywhere Else: Prices vary and calculations are made based on the order quantity, shirt style, and shipping address. There is an Estimate Shipping & Tax option located within the shopping cart, if you are itching to pre-calculate the total cost of your order. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank or the Internet if you need conversion details for currencies other than the U.S. Dollar. (Please Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as customs fees and independent carrier fees. Contact your local customs office or branch office of the U.S. Postal Service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order.)
• MILITARY ADDRESSES: We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zip code. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package. You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.

STYLES, COLORS AND SIZES:
T-SHIRT IMPULSE t-shirts and hoodies are each available in HUNDREDS of different color, style and size combinations. Once you choose a design that you like, you can customize your shirt exactly how you want it (based on the hundreds of available options). For details (color options, weight, fit, dimensions, etc.) about a specific shirt style, please refer to the SHIRT STYLES (hyperlink) page.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY: Your personal satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn, unwashed shirt(s) within 30 calendar days from the point of purchase and we will happily provide you with a full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling). RETURNS:

• E-mail us at support@tshirtimpulse.com to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
• Upon receipt, you must reply to that email having completely filled out each section of the form; and then, mail your unwanted t-shirt(s) it to the address provided to you on the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
• Once the unwashed, unworn garment has been received, we will process your return, immediately. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your refund to be credited back to your credit card account.

EXCHANGES:

• E-mail us at support@tshirtimpulse.com to request an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM.
• Upon receipt, you must reply to that email having completely filled out each section of the form; and then, mail your unwanted t-shirt(s) it to the address provided to you on the EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION FORM.
• Once the unwashed, unworn garment has been received, we will process your exchange. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your new shirt(s) to arrive.
• The cost of shipping, plus the difference in cost for a different shirt style / size will be charged to your credit card.
